To add to that, is there a vision for what's left of 2014 or beyond?

I guess I just have one question. What is the future, or direction of the club???

And some of the higher-ups in the org haven't been here in months, or even years. Seems to me things are just kinda on autopilot, if not winding down. We can rally as hard as we can, but if God's hand isn't in it, it won't work. I don't know about anyone else, but the automotive culture here is virtually nonexistent anymore.

It IS a sad thing that when I log on, there are 200 guests, but only 6 registered users, 5 of which are bots. But, it's a sign of the time, they be a changin'.

I hear you, Freeway. It could be very big if we had enough people signing on. With the advent of social media lik FB, MySpace, and Twitter, combined with the fact that the automotive culture took a big hit from both the economy and people simply leaving it, such has left us with a site that's pretty inactive. I remember the day it was just booming.

I'm here. Where y'all at? I've been working a bit with the new job and little kiddos have been taking up a ton of my time. All good via God.

I've talked to Brian and Gus once or twice and they were fine guys. Not sure if I've talked ot Mano. I will say this; those folks that I mentioned earlier? I don't see them in now, and by the date stamps they haven't been here for some time. Just the same, the damage was done. We gotta be careful!

I couldn't agree more spirit. One of the few reasons I left was because some of these "leaders" made promises and never lived up to them. Mano, Brian, and Gus are the only ones really excluded from those that I'm speaking of.

And while I think we all understand that times change, people's lives change and cultures change, I personally know of several people who moved on because certain regulars had become boorish, bossy and disrespectful. As a crew we all have a duty to becareful of this particular kind of thing because the forum is an open representation to the rest of the cybercommunity as to who we are and how we, as a community, treat others.
