Engine Mods

The Engine has been re-bolted to accommodate the suspension. I have added a cold-air intake and a K&N Filter. Also, a full custom exhaust has been added. To accommodate the suspension, a number of items under the hood have been removed. These include the wiper fluid/pump, fender wells, and original air filter and intake. Also to accommodate the suspension, the radiator reservoir, power steering pump, battery, computer, much of the wiring, and the fuse box had to be relocated

Exterior

A 3-stage paint job was added, fender wells on all four corners were completely removed, a c-notch was cut into the bed, chrome 18? boss wheels and 45 series tires were added, the grille was painted to match, a steel roll pan was welded in the rear, the front air dam was painted, a spray-in bed-liner was added, tint was added to the rear window, and a 2 inch body drop was performed.

Interior

The interior is under construction. I am in the process of re-upholstering the doors, as when I got the truck, they were in poor shape. Several trim pieces have also been painted, and the center console now houses a switchbox and a pressure gauge. A silver gauge panel is in my possession, but not installed, and a performance grip shift knob has been added.

Suspension

Independent four-corner air bags have been added, 2600lbs in front and 2500 in the rear. All fender wells are cut to accommodate the wheels/tires when dropped. A c-notch was cut in the bed to house the bags, new shock mounts and bag brackets were created and installed all around. A compressor is mounted under the hood, and a 5 gallon tank is welded under the bed. .25? lines run the air all around. Four double-valve switches, a compressor power switch, and a 150 psi pressure gauge reside in the cab.

Audio & Video

JVC ?EL KAMELOEN? CD head unit, with VRC voice control and BBC sound processing. Rockford Fosgate 900x for mids and highs, Autotek 1500.1 (1500 watts; competition only) Stealth Series for subs, Memphis 500d (everyday use). 3 JL Audio 10w6 woofers wired in parallel to 1 ohm, in a sealed box behind the seat, leaving complete movement of the seat. Mids and highs are via 2 sets of Infinity Reference coaxial speakers, one 6.5 inch set and one 3.5 inch set, both in the doors. A multimedia setup is planned and purchased, but not yet installed. Tsunami Gold sheilded RCA cables are used for subwoofer signals and high signals. 4ga. Wires come from the battery and ground, to two distribution blocks where 8ga wire goes to the amps (except in competition, when only the subs are hooked up, the 4ga. Wires go directly to the amp.
