I was a religous clone, I had cryed, walked the isle, shook the pastors hand and went through the baptism pool and thought thats what a christain does. But my life did not change, ran with the world 6 days a week and on Sunday I played the church game and thought that I was a christain because of what I had done. Years later God began to convict me that I was a sinner and that I had not accepted JESUS, and that was thee way into a relationship with GOD and not thru my works. At that point I realized that JESUS is the way and I asked HIM to save me. At that point my life changed because HE is now living in and through me. Its not what we do but what JESUS did for us. Our works should be a byproduct of our relationship to GOD, gratitude, and compassion for those yet to receive GOD. May all we do glorify HIM...
