uh-oh oreo07's 2006 Ford Escape

I became a christian at the age of 10. I grew up in a christian home. My father was with me that night it was the night me and my brother got back from camp. I had once before thought that I was saved I had many doudts so I reassured myself and for the past 5 1/2 years i havent doudted yet. alot of pll think that when you become a christian you become perfect and its smooth sailing from there well they are wrong ive learned that any life style you choose theres going to be hard times that you feel you cant get through but like God has once said he will never give you a trial you cannot handle. When I got into high school is when everything began to pressure me. the devil tried to find any way he could to get inside of me and tear me apart.He tried secular music, he tried popularity, he tried sex, he tried cursing everthing of the world. He hadnt found any thing that could harm me until he relized that my older brother ment everything to me so he tried to take him away he couldnt take his life so he took our friendship and trust. So i began to search for other guys who i could share that trust and respect with. My brother began to turn to the world he walked out on my family and has never been the same since. it tore my parents apart, I was the only one who had not lost it and not gave up on trying to find a solution to my brothers problems. I contiune to pray and ask God to help my brother and help me and my parents not to give up but its really hard. I have to always remind myself that God is in control and not try to save my brother and parents by myself. my brother is hard headed which makes things worse he was in an accident for going 100 in a 45(back roads) zone the car was totaled but the inside was not even touched at all. He didnt get hurt either, the air bags didnt even come out but he dont see it as God protecting him. he sees it as luck. Ill leave you with this NEVER give up on god or life.
