"The Truck"
Picked this up used off of Craigslist. I needed an additional vehicle to handle the runs to Home Depot and to haul my bicycles around. I just had to save it from its previous owner. He put cheap Pep Boys vinyl all over it and sprayed the grille and center console (of all things) a bright silver. Luckily I saw unerneath alll the tackiness and got a pretty good deal on it. I spent my first weekend with it undoing his "mods" and what remains is in the pics you see in this garage. Anyway, it's a 2005 Colorado with the Xtreme package. Not too many of these are around, as most Colorados purchased are either the stripped down fleet specials or the fully loaded crew cabs. The Xtreme package comes with a lowered suspension, 18" wheels, ground effects, white-faced gages, and, of course, the Xtreme badges.
